Sponsored post: A not so "Minnie" giveaway with Freshly Picked.

******THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED******

CONGRATULATIONS TO DENISE KONKEL! YOU ARE OUR WINNER!

Thank you all for entering!

Wilhelmina "Minnie" Sue was born May 14th and in a whirlwind of labor pains, loud yelling and full blown birth emotion I had my first little girl (I'll save that story for a later date) . Not only has that made our May unbelievably awesome, but we are coming up on our celebration cluster which means it's our 5 year Anniversary today and My birthday tomorrow.

With the addition of Minnie to our family...I can officially say that this is the best May in history to date. By a long shot.

I really wanted to celebrate all of our amazing events in a big way, so I'm giving away a pair of Freshly Picked Moccasins to one lucky mama. Because there's nothing like squishy baby feet in adorable colors and prints to make you swoon your face off.

Seriously, have you seen what the folks at Freshly Picked have been up to lately? The hands down most awesome stuff, is what. From the classics to brand new prints and colors, Freshly Picked Moccs are literally setting the trend when it comes to baby wear. Plus their durability is literally unmatched. As a third time mommy, I can say that because all of my Freshly Picked Moccs have survived the antics of my rough and tumble Elliot. And trust me, Elliot is rather accident prone, so the mere fact that these shoes could handle that speaks volumes. The leather quality is unmatched and that smell when you first open the FP logo bag? Delish.

Oh, and not only have the brains behind Freshly Picked been working their buns off to bring the coolest new items (um matching handbags? Huzzah), but the brains behind the leather Susan has been seen on Shark Tank sharing her inspirational story and cheering on moms every step of the way. I mean, is there really a cooler company in this universe? I think not.

Enough about me though. Here's how to enter. Pop over to Freshly Picked and check out the store and the story behind the shoes.  Then leave a comment below telling me your favorite May memory and your favorite color/ style of Moccs. The winner will be chosen at random on May 30th, 2014 and announced on the blog! So check back to see if you're the lucky winner!

So get to it. Minnie chose her pair of Freshly Picked Moccs to be Platinum. She's already a fancy girl, that Minnie Sue.

  1. I love the Limited Edition ones but they are sold out... boo hiss. My favorite May memory would be May 29, 2007. When my #2 was born. I was scheduled for an induction on a Tuesday morning but went into labor on my own on Monday night. When I got to the hospital for my induction I was already dilated to a 5 (YES!) and roughly 6 hours later I gave birth to a beautiful, bouncing, big baby boy!!! Love that kid!

  2. My favorite May memory is witnessing the birth of my best friend's daughter, Bridget. No one knew if she was having a boy or girl and finding out together was such an awesome experience - Not to mention just being there for the most important moment of someone's life. So awesome.

My favorite mocs are the Platinum (such a hard choice between the gold & silver!)

  4. My favorite May memory was celebrating my first Mother's Day as a momma this year. My little lady is 2 and half months old and I couldn't be more in love! As I scrolled I found a new color I liked, but if I were to be practical the Sand Suede would be my favorite.

  9. Hi Jess! My favorite May moment was May 29, 2000. My niece (brother's babe and first grankid) was born 6 weeks early. She remained in the special care nursery for a while...everyone else had held her before me but I finally got to hold her for the first time, one week later on my birthday (June 4). Best birthday ever! Now after a horrific and scary couple of beginning months of my sister's pregnancy, she is expecting her second baby girl in 2 weeks. They are inducing her early due to heart complications. So... I am writing on behalf of HER. I would love to give her a great gift after enduring such a difficult pregnancy. I think she would love the Freshly Picked Platinums for her baby girl. Even if we don't win, I'd love to be a customer after perusing their website. PS- love little Minnie girl! Christa Stilz
